Conversion-led web design: what NZ brands should demand from a rebuild
A rebuild is not a rebrand exercise. Structure pages around jobs-to-be-done, proof, and a clear path to enquiry or purchase.
Too many NZ rebuilds still start with moodboards and end with a brochure. Commercial sites need a different brief: who is deciding, what proof they need, and which action matters this quarter.
Design for decisions, not decoration
Map primary journeys first — product, service, or lead. Above the fold should carry brand, one promise, and one CTA group. Secondary content belongs lower, after the decision frame is set.
If you are planning a rebuild with SEO equity at risk, pair design with a structured migration. See our web design and site rebuild pathways for how we keep rankings while improving conversion.
